GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Some of our brands hold stock of key lines and colours with immediate availability but most orders will require manufacture.
Production times vary from 1-2 weeks, to as much as 10-12 weeks depending on the brand, the size of your order and the timing within the year.
We will be as clear as possible regarding product availability before you place your order and you will receive a production estimate with your order confirmation.
SHIPPING POLICY.
All orders are arranged with the chosen freight forwarder of the brand.
Shipping is payable by the Customer and added to the invoice.
All orders are clearly labeled and packing lists are attached to, or enclosed within each parcel or pallet.
Tracking numbers are provided and we will support you with any tracking issues or delays to your delivery.
Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping if they provide an incorrect shipping address and their order is returned or undeliverable.
Shipping is by standard courier and delivery is typically within 10 days from the shipping date.
IVA is payable by the Customer and added to the invoice where applicable.
PAYMENT TERMS
All orders require payment up front.
RETURN POLICY.
We do not accept returns or exchanges other than approved warranty claims. If you are unsure which holds to select for any reason, please contact us via email before placing your order to avoid the need to return or exchange.
QUALITY PROMISE.
We take pride in working with brands that offer the very best service and only supply products that we have every faith in.
All finished products are thoroughly inspected at the point of manufacture before being packaged, but sometimes something can be missed.
If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us via email so we can take care of it. We have enjoyed climbing on the vast majority of the holds from our brands over the years and we are extremely proud to be able to bring them to you. We will support you in any way we can and work to solve any problems you may have.
